Q. After our initial discussion, how long will it take to get my charge points up and running?
A. Although every case is different, we aim to have everything fully installed and working within two to six months of surveying your site.
Q. What is the minimum lease term you offer?
A. We can offer flexible lease terms depending on your preferences, long-term plans or aspirations, and the overall size of the project.
Q. Who is responsible for damage to the charge points?
A. All charge stations are fully insured, so repairs or replacement as a result of intentional or accidental damage is covered at no cost to you.
A. We want to provide the best service possible throughout the lifetime of our agreement with you. Our joint SLA will be delivered in conjunction with our third-party providers. Our agreements are robust and demanding of our providers, which means they are substantially above the industry standard. In addition, our real-time monitoring allows us to respond quickly to any issues.
A. Our charging solutions are designed with scalability in mind. They cater to the rapidly evolving marketplace by allowing additional modules, cabinets, and dispensing units to be installed in future, if you need them.
A. Our current tariff is 75p/kWh (inc. VAT). Our contactless ’tap-and-go’ payment model makes our charge points fully accessible and convenient to all, accepting debit/credit cards, Apple and Google Pay.
